TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR ILLNESSES
The first step to healing is to accept that we created our
illnesses in the first place. This can be a difficult concept to
swallow. So many of us are invested in the prevailing Western
scientific medical view of reality that we can't quite
understand how we created our illnesses.
Most illnesses are caused by viruses or bacteria. If we catch a
cold, or get the flu, how is that our responsibility? Someone
sneezed on us in an elevator, and now we're laid up...

Well, it's about time!
One would think that the FDA would be a reliable source of
confidence when it comes to considering the safety of
medications. And one would think that those persons who conduct
studies on drugs for human consumption would have the
credibility to be trusted to submit honest reports for perusal
by anyone asking. But, public faith and trust in the FDA is
quickly fading away.
Quotes such as this one, from Dr. David Graham, senior drug
safety researcher at the FDA, only serve ...

A boil is a pus-filled nodule that is a result of a staph
bacteria which can result in an infection. It's actually an
abcess that develops in the hair follicles and usually occurs on
the neck, buttocks, face, ears or underarms, but can be located
anywhere on the body. A boil can be painful, swollen, red and
tender. The boil lies just under the skin as a bump, and later
develops into a pustule. The boil can be contagious when the pus

Pain is nothing more than a warning system that something is wrong with your body. So if a doctor treats the underlying injury or disease, this will usually relieve the pain or, at least, reduce it to more manageable levels. As a simple example, taking an antibiotic will usually cure the targeted bacterial infection, eliminate the infection and remove the pain. This highlights an important lesson. Analgesics or painkillers are intended to deal with the problems caused by the pain. They do not tr...

Ayurveda is perhaps the oldest system of health care in the
world and originates from the Indian subcontinent. Ayurveda is

differs from conventional medicine in the basic principles of
investigation and assigning causes to processes rather than
specific areas of physiology. Ayurveda has been a vogue since
5000 years ago. Our Vedas have been repeated references to the
efficacy of Ayurveda as a science of healthy life. The western
